Mushroom Soup

  1. In a heated pot, melt the butter, then place the chicken breasts and fry until golden brown. Then add the chopped onions and garlic, then stir for a few seconds
  2.  Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft, then add the flour and stir for 2 minutes.
  3.  Add the broth to the pot and leave it to boil on low heat for 20 minutes, or until it is fully cooked.
  4.  Add the cooking cream and leave it to cook for 2 minutes, then it is ready for presentation.
